As you can see we are showing some positive signs that we are heading away from the bottom, with sales in April, May, June and July of 2008 improving over both 2006 and 2007.I can tell you my phone and e-mails are really up these last four months after a poor start to 2008, sellers have finally realized that if you want you property sold it has to be priced according to the market, 2004 pricing is history.
